Sherwin Family Cellar Scraps Red #9Napa Valley

Steve and Linda Sherwin have been living and working from their Spring Mountain property since the mid-1990s and in addition to producing outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon, they make a few hundred cases of this delicious, fun-drinking Red called Cellar Scraps. A blend of predominately Cabernet Sauvignon with a portion of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah and Sirah, this is Cellar Scraps #9 aka the 9th vintage of this voluptuous, great-drinking Red. I tasted this with Matt Sherwin a few months ago and we're finally able to bring in a few cases of this to share in our tasting program and to offer to our mailing list. This is a great buy; we would highly recommend trying a few bottles.
