FerrenSonoma Coast Chardonnay 2019

The newly released 2019 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is Matt Courtney's seventh vintage of Ferren and fifth vintage of Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. It comes from his two grower vineyards- Lancel Creek and Silver Eagle in Sonoma Coast. Medium to full-bodied, this 2019 is a beautiful Chardonnay with his signature touch of opulence yet focus, with notes of baked stone fruit and refined notes of toasted almonds. Matt is a perfectionist when it comes to making Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After eight years as winemaker at Marcassin, Matt now concentrates his efforts on Ferren and Arista, another great Pinot and Chard house on Westside Road in Russian River Valley.
