Waterfall Albarino 2013El Dorado

This is the grown-up version of Albarino at its best in California. We've all enjoyed an inexpensive, fun Albarino but this 2013 from vintner Boris Guillome and winemaker Helen Keplinger is sophisticated, delicious and showcases the potential of this diverse White grape. Sourced from a cool site in El Dorado County at 2600 feet in elevation, this 2013 was fermented with native yeast and aged for 8 months in French Oak. This Albarino is beautiful, refreshing and complex. 150 cases were produced.
