Sinegal Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014St. Helena

We were able to taste this debut Reserve vintage from Sinegal on Saturday and thought like the 2013, this is their best bottling. The Reserve Cabernet comes from their Estate vineyard located in the west bench of St. Helena on Inglewood Avenue and in the last year, they’ve worked to take their special property to a new level. From their careful farming to their winery addition and lounge area with gardens and special nooks throughout the property, it has become a great addition to the valley. This 2014 is comprised of 100% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and offers rich notes of cassis, briary fruit, cocoa with cedar box and graphite.
