Memento Mori Cabernet Sauvignon 2013Napa Valley

This might be the best vintage of Memento Mori to date. Since their debut vintage in 2010, we have been working the Memento Mori team to bring to market their high-quality, richly focused Cabernet. Made by Sam Kaplan of Arkenstone and Nine Suns, this 2013 is comprised of high-quality fruit coming from three preeminent vineyards - Weitz (Maybach and Carter also source from this vineyard), Beckstoffer Dr. Crane and Beckstoffer Las Piedras. Combined, this 2013 offers deeply concentrated notes of deep purple and blue fruit with signature notes of graphite that balance out the wine. We have used Memento Mori in countless private tastings and often times it is one of the best wines showing in the line-up. 600 cases were produced.
