Each year this Rosé arrives to us with much anticipation because it tastes so great on its own or with an array of summertime fare- think fresh fish, oysters, grilled veggies and chicken, starters like cheese and charcuterie and spicy foods too. This 2015 release is just what you'll need to keep cool and quenched this summer. Bright, lean and satisfying, the fruit components (Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Carignane) are the same as the previous vintages. It's dry yet juicy with balanced acidity and a pop of fresh cut strawberries on the palate to the finish.
