Fisher Whitney's Vineyard Chardonnay 2013Sonoma

Cam Fisher visited us last week so we could taste with her. Their 2013 Whitney’s Chardonnay was delicious and the highlight of the tasting. Coming from their mountain estate vineyard in Sonoma, this Old Wente Clone Chardonnay offers rich flavors of golden apple and pear with mineral notes that carry through to the finish. It is a complex Chardonnay with many layers but all of them complement each other to make a sophisticated Chard. While their other Chardonnays are available in restaurants and some wine shops, this one is seldom offered. 295 cases were produced.
