Comprised of the Pommard Clone and Clone 115, this quintessential RRV Pinot Noir is lush and vibrant with immediate aromas of wild berries and cassis but doesn’t go too far and retains natural verve alongside its silky, smooth mouthfeel. This is a crowd pleaser for all Pinot lovers and extremely reasonable priced for the quality. Cattleya is the wine brand that Bibiana Gonzalez Rave produces. Colombian-born, French-trained and now winemaker for Wayfarer and Pahlmeyer, this is her own label and it is one of the most exciting line-up of Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs I’ve tasted in the last few months. 181 cases were produced.
